Dinner at Finca Altazano

We finish day 4 at Finca Altazano for dinner. This is our second stop here. Finca Altozano is one of Chef Javier Plascencia's restaurant. Chef Javier has made a name for himself in the valley. The property here is beautiful! It's surrounded by gardens and other stores and restaurants. All part of Javier's business portfolio. There is a covered food truck, espresso bar, gelateria and it's the winter home of Animalon. We wanted to order more, but every winery we stopped at gave us lots of food. This area of Mexico reminds us of Italy. It's all about food and wine and then more food and wine.
